The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn

The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn – The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn is a picaresque novel by Mark Twain that follows the journey of a young boy, Huckleberry Finn (Huck), as he escapes his abusive, alcoholic father, Pap. He is joined by Jim, an enslaved man who has run away from his owner, Miss Watson, after learning he was to be sold.  The two travel down the Mississippi River on a raft, where they navigate a world filled with societal hypocrisy and encounter a variety of characters, including feuding families (the Grangerfords and the Shepherdsons) and con artists known as the Duke and the King.
