Volpone

Volpone  – The story follows Volpone, a wealthy, childless Venetian nobleman who feigns a terminal illness to attract “legacy hunters”—greedy men who bring him lavish gifts in hopes of being named his sole heir. Mosca convinces Corvino that sleeping with a young woman will cure Volpone. Corvino forces Celia to Volpone’s bed, where Volpone attempts to rape her. She is rescued by Bonario, Corbaccio’s son, who was hiding nearby.
