Loyalties

Loyalties – that centers on a conflict between class, social obligations, and latent anti-Semitism in post-World War I England.  During a weekend party at Charles Winsor’s Meldon Court, a wealthy Jewish businessman named Ferdinand De Levis has £1,000 stolen from his room. He quickly accuses a fellow guest, Captain Ronald Dancy, a decorated but penniless war veteran and a respected member of their social circle.
