Modern Indian Literature This critical study concentrates on six short stories and selections from five poets writing originally in English and those writing in Bangla, Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu and Urdu – but to real in English translation by the First year English Honours students of the University of Delhi – Each component includes the author’s background, a short note on the author, critical summary, word meanings and notes, critical appreciation and questions in order to make it as complete as possible for students from the point of view of examination.
